Lucky

Forgive me for being a huge sap, but I have to say that I have never felt so lucky to have found such an amazing man to love. I've had my share of heartbreak and bad relationships and was beginning to think I'd never find true love. Well I guess it's true that you find something when you aren't looking for it. My boyfriend is the most amazing, kind, smart, talented, funny, genuine and loving (not to mention good looking!) person I have ever met. Every day I feel so lucky to be the one who gets to love him so deeply, and receive his love in return. Even though we live in different countries and he's always on the road, we make it work. There isn't a day that goes by that he doesn't let me know I'm loved and he's thinking of me. I've never been so truly happy :)

Coffee

Most people who know me, know I'm an obsessive tea drinker. Always green or white tea straight up. No cream or sugar. Well lately I've been moving towards coffee and I can't stop! I start every morning with coffee now, and drink cup after cup throughout the day. I guess I can't really think of it as a bad thing though. I now have more energy during the day! haha! It's nice to have a bit of a routine again. I wake up, do 30 minutes of cardio at the gym, have breakfast and a cup of coffee, spend time with my dad, eat lunch, spend time with my brothers, eat dinner, back to the gym for an hour, then sleep! Next week I'll be filling my days with work though. I'm stoked to have something productive to do. I'm also finally re-connected to the world! YAAAAY! I got a brand new cell phone last night. I needed one anyways since I'm now back in Canada. So for those of you who have my american number, I'll still be using that when I'm in the US. If you are a friend of mine and want my new canadian number, email me or myspace me and let me know. Tonight I'm just hanging out and catching up on some emails and stuff. For those of you in the Seattle area, I'll be in town on sunday. Hit me up if you want to get together! Oh and a lot of you have been asking if I'll be attending SXSW and Bamboozle. Well originally I was going to go to SXSW, but now have to work. So since it's happening right now, I'm obviously not going. I will be at Bamboozle though. I don't have specific plans yet. Got Me A J-O-B!

YAY! Today I finally found a job. I've been so bored just sitting around since tour ended, so it'll be nice to have something to take up my time and make me a little extra money. Besides that, nothing exciting is going on really. When not on the road, I lead a very simple and boring life. I work out, spend time with friends, read and watch tv haha! For those of you who have been wondering why you haven't heard from me, I haven't had a phone in a couple weeks. I've also had really limited internet access. In the next couple days I will be getting a new Canadian phone, so I'll be mass texting everyone the new number soon. I'll still have my US phone, I just have to wait till I'm in the states to get more minutes for it. Speaking of that, I'll be in Seattle next weekend for a day! I love Seattle and can't wait to see all my friends there! Tyson leaves for tour tomorrow, and unfortunatly I won't be able to visit him this time :( I'm trying to plan a visit for the end of the month. So I guess that's all I have to say for today. Hello West Coast

Ok, so I realize it's been forever since I updated! Long story short, I went to Buffalo for that one day to visit Tyson and I ended up just staying on for the rest of the tour. When tour ended, I went with the guys to Chicago for a few days off before they flew out to Australia. So I ended up being gone for a month. I was sick the whole time, and didn't really have access to the internet, so that's why I didn't update while I was on the road. I went back to Montreal for about 5 days, then decided to move back west to Vancouver to be closer to Ty. I moved on Tuesday and have been just chillin since then. After the weekend I'm going to look for a job so I have something to do with my time while I'm home. I've become so lazy it's ridiculous! All I do is sit around and smoke, drink coffee/tea, surf the web, sometimes go for a walk, and watch tv/read. I haven't had a real job in over a year haha! So basically right now I'm just hanging out and trying to find a job that doesn't completely suck. The last two weeks have been really hard cause Tyson has been overseas in Australia. His phone doesn't work over there and he hasn't had internet, so I don't get to talk to him at all. He gets home in four days though, so I'll get to talk to him then and we can plan a visit. Thank goodness for Jamie and Brennans girlfriends Alex and Heather! It's nice to know you have a little support group when the boys are away haha! Alex and I are hoping to try and go to sxsw with the dudes, but I'm not sure if I can afford it. They're also playing a skate festival in Vegas on the 29th, so I'm going to try and go to that with a couple girlfriends. There really isn't much else to update. I've started working out again and plan on getting in "Maxim" shape haha! The building I'm living in has a sweet gym so I'm taking full advantage.
